We are currently partnering with two local Kansas City companies to find them a talented Administrative Assistant who will be seated at their front desk. Each of these organizations offers something different, but they both offer a career opportunity with growth potential. One offers an incredibly fast-paced/ever-changing environment, located in the Westport area of the city; the other is busy, yet steady and is a much smaller group in Lenexa, KS. Primary functions include:
- Answering incoming calls; triage before transferring
- Database management using a CRM database
- Support multiple individuals and prioritize tasks
- Prepare various client documents (letters, account packets, etc.)
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets
- Calendar management - scheduling client meetings and calls
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Personal, friendly, and professional
- Proven customer/client service experience
- Strong MS Office skills - Outlook, Word and Excel primarily
- Ability to switch between tasks with ease
