Accounts Payable Specialist
Ready to be part of a friendly crew in a stable, family-owned company? Look no further! Our client is on the hunt for a cheerful AP Specialist to join their tight-knit team.
Responsibilities:
- Bring 5+ years of true AP experience to effectively manage accounts payable processes.
- Reconcile accounts and payments to ensure accuracy.
- Review and match invoices with trucking rates, confirming the accuracy of rates.
- Timely processing of payments while adhering to payment schedules.
- Collaborate with inventory management to ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage vendor relationships, addressing and resolving discrepancies.
- Handle weekly preparation and processing of payments.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounts payable.
- Proven experience reconciling accounts and payments.
- Knowledge of Viewpoint Vista (construction ERP system) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
