Morgan Hunter is partnering with a large Kansas City organization to add a Temporary Accounts Coordinator to its finance team. This role will support day-to-day account maintenance, payment processing, and financial recordkeeping while working closely with an established team. Responsibilities

Morgan Hunter is partnering with a large Kansas City organization to add a Temporary Accounts Coordinator to its finance team. This role will support day-to-day account maintenance, payment processing, and financial recordkeeping while working closely with an established team. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update account records and financial information
- Record, audit, and allocate incoming payments
- Process invoices, payments, and deposits
- Assist with accounts receivable and collection activities
- Prepare reconciliations and supporting documentation
- Respond to occasional account and billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate information within Workday
- Support additional accounting and finance activities as needed
- 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related financial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Workday experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
