Job Description

Accounting Systems Manager
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of accounting and financial systems, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute system upgrades or changes to meet evolving business needs
- Provide guidance and support for end-users, troubleshoot system-related issues, and ensure proper training and documentation
- Generate reports and analysis on data quality, system utilization, and performance metrics for management review
- Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks, streamline workflows, and optimize data flow across ERP and other reporting systems
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with Controller and corporate accounting group to align data management strategies with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- CPA or CISA would be a plus
- Experience with ERP system (SAP, JDE, Oracle, etc.) implementation a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
