Accounting Administrative Assistant

Our client is looking for an Accounting Administrative Assistant, you'll experience the excitement of tackling a diverse range of tasks, seamlessly blending administrative responsibilities with light accounting work. Responsibilities:
- Tracking receipts and reconciling statements for company credit cards.
- Assisting with AP/AR
- Creating invoices within QuickBooks
- Assisting the Administrative team with projects such as greeting guests, checking office supplies inventory, tidying the office, and answering and directing calls.
- Relaying information regarding payments and invoices to clients.
Experience Needed:
- 1-3 years in an Administrative or General Accounting position
- Experience working within QuickBooks and MS Suite
- High attention to detail
