Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and organize clients' needs and requests.
  • Coordinate seamless workflows between various departments within the agency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of current and new clients.
  • Deliver completed websites to clients with finesse.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Advise clients on comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Respond promptly to all incoming calls, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions, tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor and optimize ongoing customer marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Forecast and track account metrics to shape future marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct quality control checks for final website launches.
  • Identify and communicate sales growth opportunities within your client base.
  • Conduct client training sessions and presentations.
  • Assist with email campaigns and facilitate referral letters.
  • Lead and train client offices through online seminars and in-office training.
  • Maintain and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly baseline growth targets.
  • Communicate campaign progress to both management and customers.
  • Conduct research and compile insightful statistical reports.

Measures of Performance:
  • Display politeness in telephone interactions with customers and vendors.
  • Maintain client satisfaction levels at 95% or above.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in job procedures and duties.
  • Foster harmonious relationships with all agency personnel.
  • Ensure external communications align with company Policies and Procedures.
  • Uphold a positive attitude towards the company, customers, and co-workers.
  • Maintain a professional stature in dress, speech, and interpersonal relationships.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • One year of related experience and/or training.
  • Knowledge, skill, and ability to excel in essential duties.

Please note: The role is in the Kansas City Metropolitan area, but the client will consider national candidates for 100% more. However, regional candidates who can work hybrid will take higher consideration.
