Account Coordinator

Morgan Hunter is currently partnering with a Kansas City company to find an Account Coordinator to join their growing organization! This person will work closely with the clients by providing high-level customer service support by answering client calls and assisting them with questions related to their accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls from clients and assisting them with their questions related to the products, fees, invoices, and tracking of products
  • Updating companies database with client communications
  • Collaborating with internal departments to problem troubleshoot issues
  • Building relationships with clients by finding creative and independent solutions to account problems.
  • Ability to research product details, sort through documents and invoices, and relay messages to appropriate parties.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree is preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience within customer service, account coordinating, and administrative focused roles
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
  • Ability to problem solve complex issues and take the authority to find a resolution
  • Desire to work for a growing company in the KC area!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
