Our client is looking to add an Account Coordinator to their team. This role is responsible for assisting the Sales Representatives with purchase orders, status updates, and technical support.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Creating purchase orders and accurate quotes for customers in a timely manner
  • Act as liaison for product shipment information between customers, manufacturers, and Sales Representatives
  • Ability to become a product knowledge specialist over company products
  • Provide excellent service to the Sales Representatives and customers by providing them with current information, product details, pricing, and timelines
  • Review documentation for errors and completion
  • Promptly handling all communication via email and phones
  • 3 years of technical support or account support
