Temporary Project Manager
Kansas City, MO
Our client is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the transition of acquiring a new facility. This project will last approximately three to six months and will offer a hybrid schedule for the project manager once fully trained and up to speed on the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track activities and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and updating executives on progress
- Schedule and lead project meetings, providing updates on timelines and project status to internal teams
- Manage legal, licensing, and insurance requirements for the acquisition
- Utilize MS Project to manage timelines and tasks effectively
- Communication with executives of business development regularly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably with mergers, acquisitions, or expansion projects
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively at an executive level
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek necessary information
- Proficiency in MS Project is vital
