Responsibilities
- Consults with managers to learn of job requirements, reviews job descriptions and handles appropriate updates.
- Develops recruitment strategy for filling vacancies. Sources candidates and acts as a full-cycle recruiter.
- Effectively communicates with managers and candidates throughout the interview process.
- Thinks broadly to identify pools of talent for various positions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience.
- Proven interviewing skills and excellent organization and ability to communicate effectively.
