Job Description
Client Relationship Coordinator
Kansas City, MO
Our client is looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator to join their growing team! This role will assist their Financial Advisors with administrative tasks surrounding client communications and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records for clients – updating accounts, uploading documents, and monitoring transactions
- Review client applications for completion and ensure all signatures are present
- Scheduling appointments for Advisors
- Organization of paperwork for the office
- Promptly answering client questions and following up on issues
- Assisting clients with the application process
Requirement:
- Must have experience with National Financial Services (NFS)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience within a financial company
- Proficient in MS Suite
- Highly organized and strong communication!
