Position Summary:

The Office Administrator will support office operations and build customer relationships in a growing and exciting construction environment! This is an opportunity for an individual eager to join a fast-paced environment and contribute to the day to day success of a local, Kansas City organization.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Support all construction project activities
  • Generate project management reports
  • Manage all site and project records
  • Handle correspondence
  • Manage all documentation for projects – including scanning plans, tracking Certificates of Insurance, and project log documentation
  • Put together Requests for Proposals
  • Manage office vendor check in and out systems
  • Schedule meetings – on and off site
  • Maintain records of all project site staff

Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 – 10 years administrative support experience
  • Experience in construction, engineering or related field preferred
  • Flexibility to change gears quickly!
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • Flexibility to work in the office Monday – Friday from 8: 00am – 5: 00pm
