Data Engineer, Senior Level

We are actively seeking a full-time Data Engineer in the Kansas City area. You will be a key member of the team working on applications for internal business uses.

Core Skills and Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 plus years of experience building processes that support data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
  • Working SQL knowledge and at least 3 years of experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
  • A successful history of manipulating and processing large disconnected datasets.
  • Experience database technologies: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Experience with scripting languages: Python, R, etc.
  • Experience implementing and documenting data models and schema for new database structures and applications and implement measures to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
