Job Description
Morgan Hunter is currently partnering with a Kansas City company to find an Account Coordinator to join their growing organization! This person will work closely with the clients by providing high-level customer service support by answering client calls and assisting them with questions related to their accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from clients and assisting them with their questions related to the products, fees, invoices, and tracking of products
- Updating companies database with client communications
- Collaborating with internal departments to problem troubleshoot issues
- Building relationships with clients by finding creative and independent solutions to account problems.
- Ability to research product details, sort through documents and invoices, and relay messages to appropriate parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- 2-5 years of experience within customer service, account coordinating, and administrative focused roles
- Creative problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve complex issues and take the authority to find a resolution
- Desire to work for a growing company in the KC area!
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
