Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their team. This role will collaborate with the VP of Human Resources and company leaders to manage and design compensation and benefits processes, ensuring compliance, internal equity, and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities:
- Manage compensation program, including market data collection, analysis, and review process.
- Guide leaders on compensation decisions and partner with VP, HR, and HR Business Partners in the annual promotions process.
- Develop and maintain compliant compensation policies and procedures.
- Design and administer competitive and compliant benefit programs.
- Conduct benefit audits for accurate records and billing, and manage COBRA reporting and payroll elections.
- Serve as the primary contact for benefit vendors and lead benefit enrollment and education sessions.
- Enhance associate experience through automation and self-service options.
- Oversee company wellbeing programs and initiatives, including annual health screenings and flu vaccine clinics.
- Perform other special projects as assigned while recommending new approaches for continuous improvement of practices and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in compensation and benefits.
- Experience with complex HRIS systems.
- Experience with Workday HCM preferred.
