About the Company:
Our client is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support the CIO, contributing to seamless operations and effective communication. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that offers a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare summaries.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel.
- Coordinate with vendors and assist in meeting logistics.
- Handle correspondence and maintain documentation.
- Assist with expense tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with other assistants and oversee supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years as an Executive Assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite;MS Projects is a bonus!
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks.
- Discretion with sensitive information and a collaborative mindset.
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
