Job Summary:
The Pricing Analyst will serve as a key member of this fast growing global team, working to maximize profitability by identifying pricing opportunities and implementing effective strategies. This individual will develop, interpret, analyze and help implement complex business strategies. The Pricing Analyst will perform analysis on data to improve decision making and to aid in the development of action plans. The Pricing Analyst will partner with the sales and operations team in development, analysis, and implementation of pricing strategies.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Work with business partners to develop and maintain a strong understanding of market factors contributing to market pricing performance.
Utilize pricing optimization tools to develop and issue pricing guidance.
Develop, interpret, and distribute in market reporting highlighting rate acceptance and price compliance.

- Conduct periodic business reviews with sales/product teams.
- Develop project plans, conduct necessary research, and lead analysis of operating, customer, and financial data
- Partner with sales/product teams to develop a pricing strategy in support of go to market strategy.
Utilize pricing optimization tools to develop and issue pricing guidance.
- Incorporate market factors and work within the pricing system to generate a pricing recommendation.
- Communicate pricing recommendation to go to market teams.
Develop, interpret, and distribute in market reporting highlighting rate acceptance and price compliance.
- Collaboratively work with other members of the pricing team to establish and maintain standardized reporting.
- Interpret reporting and highlight specific areas of opportunity.
- Distribute insights to local market teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Main pricing coordinator for pricing softwares
- Building pricing dashboards
- Manage list price increase process
- Discount reviews
- Price elasticity analysis
Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
Required Qualifications:
Minimal education & experience, essential skills & abilities and required license/certification to perform this job.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business
- 4-6+ years’work experience in Pricing, Analytics, Sales, or Marketing
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, relationship building, strong attention to detail, and the ability perform work with a high level of autonomy.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills and knowledge of tools such as Business Objects, OneStream, Tableau, and any other tools.
- Ability to manage deadlines and successfully complete tasks with a sense of urgency.
