Job Description
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to serve in a consultative capacity in interactions with Executives and Leaders of small companies. The HR Generalist will provide coaching and counseling in all areas of HR including employee relations, benefits, training, recruiting, compensation and organizational development. This person will work with Leaders to diagnose business problems and recommend, develop, and implement appropriate HR programs and processes to help improve business results.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 3-6 years of directly related experience in all areas of Human Resources including Employee Relations, Training and Development, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits and Organizational Development.
- Current HR Certification OR the ability/desire to achieve certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including building relationships with senior Leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proven experience in group presentations and group facilitation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, HRIS software, and social media.
