Primary responsibilities for this individual are to provide pre-sale support and case management. This person is a critical part of the Sales Team success.
- Develop illustrations, application kits, and oversee the submission process
- Interface with multiple internal departments as well as external contacts
- Act as the liaison between broker, third-party distributors and clients
- Answer questions related to plans, renewals and coverage
- Work within multiple databases
- Process reports
- Bachelor’ s degree or 3+ years of experience
- MUST have previous life insurance experience (Whole & Universal)
- Strong understanding of creating product, case design & illustrations
- Top-notch customer service/communication skills
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with various parties
