Our client is seeking a Recruitment Manager. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, and working closely with the President of US Operations, the newly created role of Recruitment Manager – US Operations will be responsible for leading the recruitment team and developing and implementing the recruitment strategy, plan and process for the U.S. Operations.
The Recruitment Manager will work closely with their team to identify and meet client requirements. This role will play a critical role in ensuring our client hires the best possible candidates by networking through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees. The Recruitment Manager will develop and implement recruitment strategy focusing on innovative ways to brand our client as an employer of choice and attract qualified and high potential candidates for both field and office positions.
Recruitment Manager requirements include:
- Bachelor’ s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 10 years of recruitment experience.
- 5 years of management experience.
- Construction or manufacturing experience is preferred.
