- Greet all visitors
- Transfer calls to appropriate parties
- Handle daily mail sorting and delivering
- Make coffee and keep front lobby & kitchen area tidy
- Maintain office supplies and order when needed
- Assist with administrative duties when needed
- Plan several meetings weekly
- Assist individuals in the office with research projects
- Run with various projects- i.E. Holiday cards, planning of kickoff party, etc.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support
- Great customer service – Top-notch!
