What do you need?
  • 5+ years of inside sales leadership. Call Center experience is a big plus but not required. Inside Sales Leadership is required.
  • Prior experience leading teams of 10-20+ inside salespeople calling on a national client base.
  • High energy demeanor. Your personality and demeanor are infectious.
  • True sales coach and leader mentality – will lead by example – no ivory tower leaders in this company.
  • Goal driven and can manage teams based on the numbers.
  • Experience with top inside sales CRM tools and/or Salesforce.Com.
  • Analytical mind – can pull reports to track successes in order to tweak the direction of the team.
  • Great presentation skills and able to interact with all levels of leadership – you WILL have C-Suite exposure and interaction, which is how you are recognized for your wins.
  • Ability to recruit and maintain great teams (i.E. People want to work for you).
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial culture that can change quickly. While the company may be worth billions it really feels like a fun start-up environment.
  • You have a proven track record of success with your teams and can point to strong wins and team retention.
