- Person will be supporting the President & head of Sales
- Heavy meeting planning
- Travel arrangements: domestic & international
- Generating reports using Excel
- Create PowerPoint presentations for board meetings
- Ability to manage the office: order office supplies, work with vendors, maintain cleanliness, stock kitchen, make coffee
- Assist with the office space layout
- Must have supported a C-level Executive for at least 1-3 years
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must be reliable and flexible
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Worked in a creative environment preferred
- Prefer candidates who have worked in Sharepoint or a CRM database
