Position: Customer Care Representative

Morgan Hunter specializes in locating and evaluating high-performing individuals on behalf of some of Kansas City’ s most respected organizations. Our client has an immediate need for a Customer Care Representative. This position is responsible for supporting account managers and sales representatives with customer orders.
  • Build relationships with customers, vendors and suppliers
  • Manage order process for accuracy and order entry
  • Generate client purchase orders
  • Submit artwork to vendors and suppliers on behalf of customers
  • Track orders and shipping deadlines
  • Address customer problems and shipping changes
  • Enter pricing information into CRM database
  • Maintain customer information database for accuracy and timeliness
  • Respond to customer inquiries in accordance with company standards
  • Make changes and additions to customer accounts including mailing address and contact information
  • Correspond with customer via phone and email to verify orders and account information

Qualifications:
  • 2 years previous customer service
  • Good Microsoft Office Computer skills and knowledge
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills and follow up skills
