Position: Customer Service Representative

Our client has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for providing professional customer service to key accounts and coordinating with sales and production staff to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Manage order process for accuracy from order entry to product delivery. Order volume can exceed 100 orders/day.
  • Maintain customer information database for accuracy and timeliness
  • Respond to customer inquiries in accordance with company standards
  • Answer questions related to billing, purchase orders, shipments and deliveries
  • Coordinate order processes with Sales, Marketing and Production staff
  • Data entry of weekly customer invoices accurately and timely into accounting system
  • Make changes and additions to customer accounts including mailing address and contact information
  • Correspond with customer via phone and email to verify orders and account information

  • 2 years previous customer service, data entry or order entry experience
  • Good Microsoft Office Computer skills and knowledge
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills and follow up skills
