Position: Client Support Specialist

Are you looking for a full-time position, but need hours outside of the traditional Monday-Friday; 8am -5pm? We have a client with an immediate need for a several Client Support Specialists offering a variety of schedules. This position is responsible for providing support to existing clients, onboarding new accounts and responding to general inquiries.
  • Build relationships with existing customers, vendors and suppliers
  • Assist with account analysis and program satisfaction
  • Work with customers via phone, email and fax
  • Schedule and conduct regular conference calls with clients as required
  • Setup new customer accounts and onboard clients
  • Explain products, programs and services to new and existing clients
  • Research client inquiries and serve as a point of contact for all questions
  • Generate client purchase orders
  • Submit artwork to vendors and suppliers on behalf of customers
  • Maintain customer information database for accuracy and timeliness

  • 2 years previous customer service or administrative support experience
  • Good Microsoft Office Computer skills and knowledge
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills and follow up skills
