Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Qualified candidates will be fluent in Spanish and English, have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and members to gather and record insurance information
  • Correspond with clients via phone, email and fax
  • Document customer phone calls and perform data entry
  • Handle inbound and outbound activities on a daily basis
  • Respond to requests for general account information
  • Submit requests for policy changes, additions and cancelations

Job Requirements
  • Ability to speak, read and write Spanish and English
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office
