Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French and English)

Our client has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. The CSR will serve as the main point of contact for clients.

Qualified candidates will be fluent in French and English, have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and members to gather and record account information
  • Work directly with vendors to verify account information
  • Correspond with clients via phone, email and fax in English and French
  • Process account information into database accurately and efficiently
  • Handle inbound and outbound activities on a daily basis
  • Maintain a high level of customer service with clients, members, agents and vendors
  • Respond to requests for general account information
  • Submit requests for policy changes, additions and cancelations

Job Requirements
  • Ability to speak, read and write French and English
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions
