- Assist Sales Team with administrative duties as needed.
- Serves as the primary customer service contact for clients
- Negotiate food and beverage; schedule and manage all transportation
- Communicate directly with new clients
- Calendar management for the Sales Team
- Review and update all client information; verify and review information
- Assists with work overflow.
- Update client financial information in Excel.
- High School diploma required.
- A minimum of 2 years related work or industry experience.
- Knowledge of CRM/databases, Salesforce.Com a plus.
- Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Superior customer service skills.
