Our client has an immediate need for an Administrative Support Coordinator. This position is responsible for speaking with clients on a daily basis.

- Assist clients with top-notch customer service
- Review financial documents and input information into database
- Generate quotes for inquiring clients
- Gather, assemble and handout materials
- Schedule and manage executive’ s calendars
- Create letters and correspondences to send to clients
- Prioritize intense workloads involving: numerous meetings, emails, quotes and presentations
- Work directly with vendors to negotiate contracts
- Associate degree or at least 2 years equivalent office experience
- Communication skills (written & verbal)
- Organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
