Position: Administrative Assistant

Morgan Hunter specializes in locating and evaluating high-performing individuals on behalf of some of Kansas City’ s most respected organizations. Our client has an immediate need for a highly developed Administrative Assistant possessing exceptional skills. Serving in a very open, team-oriented environment, this critical role is responsible for wide-ranging administrative duties, including extensive phone support for clients and team; invoicing and general accounting support, and providing comprehensive company and personal support for Senior Management.



Requirements:
  • Directly supports Executive management
  • Primary contact for management, vendors, clients, and employees. MUST be highly professional, yet engaging with all levels of internal and external interactions
  • Daily matching, creating, mailing out invoices utilizing Excel; closely works with Executives regarding all general accounting work
  • Flawlessly maintains calendars as well as tracking financial and other related information for Executives’ business and personal appointments/endeavors
  • Coordinates management meetings including lodging, meeting space and activities
  • Books travel arrangements
  • Prepares impeccable written correspondence
  • Creates polished team presentations and meeting agendas
  • Reconciles and manages expense reports
  • Supports existing customer base
  • Prepares and manages shipments and packages
  • Supports executives with any additional/necessary administrative duties.

Qualifications:
  • 2 years’ previous Administrative support experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Computer skills and knowledge
  • Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills and follow up skills
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information and situations
  • Highly motivated work ethic
