Our client is seeking an Account Manager to be responsible for providing exceptional customer service relationships with their customer base.
Account Manager responsibilities include:
- Act as the first point of contact for a designated list of clients.
- Maintain customer base by providing on-going support for established customer relationships and generate additional business from customers as their needs develop.
- Answer questions related to billing, purchase orders, or estimated arrival of products; resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Input order information into database.
- Review invoices for billing accuracy; process requested reports.
- Perform clerical duties when needed: may include filing, answering/transferring of calls, or sorting mail.
Account Manager requirements include:
- 2 or more years of customer service or account management experience.
- Excellent email/phone communication skills and ability to build immediate rapport.
- Well organized, able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to work with Microsoft suite.
- Ability to resolve problems with customers.
