Job Description


Our client is searching for a Proposal Manager to join their rapidly growing team in government solutions. The Proposal Manager will spearhead the establishment and execution of essential proposal procedures and processes (RFI, Sources Sought, RFP, etc.) while collaborating with team members of varying expertise to craft compelling submissions.



Responsibilities:
  • Taking charge of government proposals and bids, including reviewing solicitations, creating proposal plans, and managing schedules to identify winning strategies.
  • Assessing and comprehending client needs in incoming RFPs, RFIs, Market Surveys, and Sources Sought.
  • Create and manage proposal calendar while researching and gathering necessary information such as resumes and project summaries.
  • Providing compliant and professionally crafted proposals within set customer deadlines.
  • Coordinating and refining technical content for clarity and grammar, ensuring readability and adherence to original intent.
  • Monitoring and reporting on proposal outcomes to assess the effectiveness of business development processes.



Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’experience with writing federal proposals and technical documents, comprehending RFP criteria, crafting task order responses, and managing proposal timelines.
  • Understanding of Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Joint Ventures.
  • Demonstrated expertise in research, writing, reviewing, formatting, and refining content pertaining to Federal Task Orders, RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and Sources Sought.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Shipley certification/training, a plus.
