Payroll & HRIS Analyst

reporting. This position will evaluate, analyze, and design the HRIS to fulfill
the needs of the business. This position acts as the backup for all payroll processing
related activities and will be the first point of contact for HR report requests and data analysis. Additionally,
this position will work with technical support for payroll system configuration requests. The individual in this
position oversees the compliance processing for all garnishments, state and federal reporting and notices,
payroll process improvements and system enhancements (working jointly with the Payroll Specialist).
Payroll & Technology requirements include:
- Four- year degree.
- 5 or more years’ experience in payroll processing
- 3- 5 years of HRIS experience
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interactive skills; expresses thoughts and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing; establishes trust and confidence quickly.
