We are actively seeking a full-time employee for Windows 11 Desktop / PC Support position in the North Kansas City area. You will be a key member of the team working independently supporting users with Windows computer-related issues.
Core Skills and Requirements:2-3+ years of experience supporting, 90% Windows users and 10% Mac for their graphics team.
This role is 100% on-site on the North side of the KC Metro. Casual office allowing tee shirt, shorts, tennis shoes except for special occasions. Non-formal, relaxed, friendly.

We are actively seeking a full-time employee for Windows 11 Desktop / PC Support position in the North Kansas City area. You will be a key member of the team working independently supporting users with Windows computer-related issues.
Core Skills and Requirements:2-3+ years of experience supporting, 90% Windows users and 10% Mac for their graphics team.
- Help setting up new users in Active Directory (which can be learned).
- Support all users in the organization.
- This team of three includes a hands-on Director, Sr. Systems Engineer, an advanced Support employee who is involved in Server Support and this new hire Supporting all office user and a few remote, national employees.
- Windows 11 support, MS Office 365 and Adobe products. Installing and troubleshooting printers.
- Occasionally travel to another office to set up PC’s is possible.
- Support Graphics team using Mac devices and set-up new employees on A.D.
- Support and troubleshooting of emails, password issues and access.
- Light infrastructure duties may come over time and you will have an opportunity to learn and grow
