The Business Development Executive role with our client offers a realistic first-year earning potential of $100, 000+. All commissions are uncapped, and the sky is the limit for a professional Outside Business Development Executive.

Qualifications:
  • 1-5+ years of Outside Sales building a territory –warm or cold-call experience works for our client. Our client will consider entry-level college graduates with a strong drive to success.
  • Rock solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly run and crunch numbers to help clients understand how you can help them.
  • Must be a driven individual who wants to succeed –our client will give you all the tools to ensure great success.
  • Our client offers the realistic opportunity to earn six figures during your first year, but you must be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about sales growth.
  • You should possess rock-solid closing skills –you need to ask for the business.
  • You must possess a strong moral and ethical compass –clients are depending on you to help them make intelligent decisions.
  • While the role is hybrid, you must be able to go into the office a few days each week.

Brief Job Responsibilities:
  • Work an Outside Sales KC territory by doing warm call prospecting—the company provides all leads, and they are 100% warm leads. People want to talk to you!
  • Follow up with new leads to assess needs and potential fit.
  • Build and maintain rapport with clients—you must have great relationship-building skills and strong follow-up skills.
  • Qualify and disqualify leads to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Regularly update and utilize the CRM tool to track and manage client interactions.
