Our client is a leading financial firm looking for an Office Manager who will be at the forefront of the office operations, managing day-to-day client transactions, and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational, administrative, and marketing functions of the organization.
- Cultivate strong, meaningful relationships with clients.
- Maintain and organize office files and documentation efficiently.
- Handle client transactions promptly and resolve issues with confidence.
- Assist in completing paperwork for new accounts, annuities, and life insurance applications.
- Follow up diligently with insurance companies and manage new business processes.
- Ensure accuracy in processing new business applications and liaise with carriers.
- Keep track of application processes and provide timely updates to clients.
- Manage email and mail correspondence between financial advisors and clients.
- Prepare financial reports for client reviews and meetings.
- Input data into CRM and Excel spreadsheets, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Background Requirements:
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Proven office management/administrative experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Personable attitude with a strong customer-first approach.
