Inside Sales Representative
This will be a full-time/part-time position calling on thousands of current and former customers and forming vendor relationships. 75% of all of our client's business is repeat business and they work mostly through referrals.
- Sells service options to current customer base through constant phone effort
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Conducts follow-up of leads and customer retention/service calls through means of telephone to identify customer needs.
- Develops customized service solutions based on customer needs, using the suite of products and services
- Prior inside sales experience (intangible sales experience a bonus)
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Prior Credit experience would be nice, but not a requirement
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Basic CRM experience
- Ability to handle office based tasks and responsibilities
- Computer savvy
- Consultative approach to business with the ability to show value add to customer/client
