Position: Customer Service Representative

Morgan Hunter specializes in locating and evaluating high-performing individuals on behalf of some of Kansas City’ s most respected organizations. Our client has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for providing top notch customer service to clients, answering questions and updating account information.
  • Build relationships with healthcare clients over inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Answer customer questions regarding accounts, HSA accounts, FSA accounts and card maintenance
  • Provide account balance information to customers
  • Check for account accuracy and confirm coverage details over the phone
  • Resolve problems and address customer concerns

Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service or call center experience
  • Experience handling customer questions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to proactively resolve issues and questions
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and communicate professionally
