A fantastic organization is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with a great understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance. - Act as the first point of contact for a designated list of clients
- Answer questions related to various lines of coverage
- Create spreadsheets with renewal/new business information
- Communicated efficiently with carrier partners, clients & prospects
- Input information into database
- Review invoices for billing accuracy
- Process reports
- Must have 3-5 years, minimum, of Account Management experience
- Basic math aptitude
- Positive, helpful, motivated personality
