Job Description
Our client is a thriving, privately-held organization in Kansas City and has engaged our services as they bring a Chief Human Resources Officer to the executive team. This person will have responsibility for all functional areas of Human Resources and lead a team of ten as the company continues to grow.

- Serve as a strategic business advisor to the executive and senior management levels of the organization.
- Provide overall leadership on talent acquisition, total rewards, HRIS, change management, employee relations.
- Direct compensation and benefits programs for geographic markets and proper positioning in a competitive hiring environment.
- Develop diversity, equity and inclusion programs that foster development and performance of employees.
- Assist with succession planning that corresponds with company objectives.
- Actively drive enhancement of company culture during times of transformation.
- Develop and manage annual budgets related to people strategies.
Required:
- Previous experience in a human resources leadership role for 10+ years.
- Proven ability to work with executives, board members and HR teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to travel 20-25%.
- Position is 100% in office and residency in Kansas City is required.
- Bachelor's degree required and HR certification preferred.
