Our client is looking for ambitious, outgoing sales professionals who want a fun, fast-moving role with ZERO cold calls and serious earning potential. If you love closing deals, working with warm leads, and being part of a sharp, competitive team—you’ll fit right in.
The role:
You’ll work directly with people who are actively asking for help—you won’t be chasing leads or dialing into the void. Your job is to guide them, earn their trust, and help them get exactly what they need. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with your team, share insights, and continuously improve the way we sell.
- Talk with prospective customers who’ve already expressed interest and help them complete the buying process
- Manage your own book of business and spot new opportunities within it
- Work with partners and internal teams to quickly gather quotes and information
- Help bring back former customers by understanding why they left and showing them what’s changed
- Use data to figure out who’s ready to buy and how to reach them
- Share feedback with our marketing and product teams so we can make the experience even smoother for future customers
- Keep up with new tools and processes as we grow and evolve

- Sales experience: At least 1-2+ years in a customer-facing role
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
- Driven: You thrive on hitting goals and don’t need anyone chasing you down to stay focused
- Competitive: You want to win, and you don’t mind putting in extra effort to get there
- Accountable: You own your numbers and your outcomes

- Base salary: $60, 000 (guaranteed salary not a draw or diminishing salary)
- Uncapped commission: Most of our team earns between $80K-85k+ their first year, and well into the $100k range by year two
