- Answer phones & greet individuals
- Collect, sort & distribute the mail
- Assist with filing
- Input orders
- Assist Accounting Department: data entry, vendor updates, etc.
- Schedule conference calls & meetings
- Electronic filing
- Take orders and enter information into database
- Assist customers with order questions
- 1-3 years minimum of office experience
- Some college education preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Friendly personality
